Week 3 ended on Friday. I lost 2 pounds! I was a little upset with my 2 pound loss during week 3 so I have to keep reminding myself that in total I have lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks! It is still magic! I am hoping that my week 4 will be fantastic!
Struggles this week: My biggest struggle was that Jude was sick all week so I had a hard time focusing on my food and food intake because I was so worried about Jude not eating and not drinking. Thankfully he is on the mend and I have been able to get back on track.
This weekend was a struggle too so I know that could affect my weight loss for week 4 – bummer but it is life. It is Monday and I am back on track now! Enjoying my banana crème shake as I type this. I will talk about my weekend of baby showers, baseball games and parties next Take it off! Oy! It was bad! So many temptations!!
Success: Reaching Goal 1!!! I will be getting a Mani and Pedi very soon!! It feels amazing to reach that 1st goal!! :O) Well on my way to a healthier and happier me!! Thank you Medifast!!
Updates: I am noticing a huge difference in my energy levels now. I am noticing that my jeans are getting looser – not too small yet but it is getting there. I ordered my 2nd order of Medifast and received it. I am so excited to try new foods. Yummy!! I will begin working out again. I have reached the 4th week so I feel like I can start working out a little bit without totally affecting my weight loss. Mostly looking forward to evening walks with the family. :O)
