Take it off Mondays - Week 13

25 pounds gone forever!! 25!!!

Week 13-

I am back on track! Not a huge loss, 1 pound, but I know I have been better to my body this last week which is progress!!

So that 1 little pound puts me at 25 pounds lost in 13 weeks! Amazing!! Yes, I know it could be more but I will be honest with you all – I am not good at being on plan 100% all the time. I mess up, I eat more than I should. I want to go back to how I was the first month – no cheats but I am afraid I do not have the strength for that – I know, that is sad. But I am still in the game and still trying. Honestly, I want to be at 30 pounds lost by the 25th – that probably will not happen but I am trying!!

As always, thank you for all of your support – Lord knows I need it!!
You saw in my last post that we will be going to a beach in Barcelona Spain in September – talk about motivation. So here I am thinking about the weight I would like to lose before then. I know that I cannot lose my 70 pounds left but I would be so happy with losing another 25 pounds by the time we step on that plane. Let’s do this!

What are your BIG goals?

Weeks 1-4: (-8, -5, -2, -1) 15 pounds lost!!
Weeks 5-8: (-3, -2, -1, -1) 7 pounds lost!
Weeks 9-12: (+1, -1, -1, -1) 2 pounds lost!
Weeks 13-16: (-1,
Weight left to lose: 70 pounds
25 pounds lost – FOREVER~

Goals (revised):
13 pounds: Mani/Pedi (reached 4/1/2011)
20 pounds: $50 to go shopping for a new outfit (reached 4/19/2011)
30 pounds: $60 to go shopping for Summer clothes!
40 pounds: Mani/Pedi
48 pounds (half way there!): Hair Cut/Style/Color
60 pounds: $75 to go shopping for a new outfit
75 pounds: Mani/Pedi
85 pounds: Spa Day! Mani/Pedi/Facial/Massage
95 pounds (GOAL!!!): Buy a pair of Silver Jeans! I have wanted these for so long! And $100 for shopping!!

  2. Awesome job!!! I know how you feel. I gained 82 lbs. while pregant (feel free to look back in posts, lol, I talk about this monster number a lot). I'm still not there, but I've lost quite a bit.

  3. Great work!!! What are you doing to take the weight off? I'm trying too!! I love how you have rewards for yourself when you lose certain amounts - very motivating!!!

  4. @Michelle - I am doing Medifast. It is a meal plan that is a high protein, low carb, low calorie diet. It is a little pricey but it is working!! I have decided that we can financially use Medifast until Janurary!! ;)
