Workin' It Wednesday: I lost what?

I am proud to say that I reached a goal this week.  Not in pounds but just in my own personal goal setting.  I set a goal that I would track EVERYTHING that I put in my mouth for the whole week and I did!  YAY!  And do you know what that tracking resulted in?

LOSING 3.6 pounds!!!  

That puts me at a total of 8 pounds lost in 8 weeks!  So proud of myself for losing weight during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!

That is an achievement too!!

The following week will be difficult and I know that going into it. We are traveling to Little Rock to visit my best friend!  YAY!  Vacation is hard but I am going to still try to track everything!

  4. Way to go! We traveled to Branson when we were on WW. We took our Eating Out Guide with us since we were eating at restaurants :)
