Christmas 2014 - Recap

Wow, hard to believe Christmas has come and gone!  So much build up and it goes so fast.  It was a perfect Christmas for all of our family.  Traditions, new traditions, presents, family, friends, and fun.  Ready for some Christmas pictures?  I know you are!!

Like every Christmas we start out on Christmas Eve with a tradition of heading to candlelight church with my parents and end the evening with dinner at our favorite place!  Texas Roadhouse of course!  ;)

The kiddos got all dressed up in their new Christmas outfits and they were ready for Christmas Eve.

Ahhhh!!  So handsome and pretty!  I went totally off traditional Christmas colors for their church outfits this year.  Bright blue and yellow for Jude and Purple and black for miss Teagan.  Perfect!  Teagan also let us put a headband in her hair!  Too cute!!

Once we got home from church and dinner we had to get their new Christmas PJs on and prepare for Santa!!  Cookies and Milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer! Teagan loved this part.  Her excitement was so easy to see!  I love it!!

I made them pose again by the tree.  Pretty sure they were sick of the camera but I didn't care!  Christmas PJ's in front of the Christmas Tree.  Perfection!!  And now...Santa can come!

Stockings were filled.

Treats were eaten and Santa gifts left.

And now the mass chaos begins!!  Santa came!!!   Teagan was so funny when she saw that the treats had been eaten.  Seriously people - THE MAGIC!!!

Some pictures of Jude's Christmas morning.  As of today his favorite gift is his VTech Tablet.  He loves it and I love that I hear him sounding out letters while playing.  BONUS!

Some pictures of Teagan's Christmas morning.  So much fun.  Clothes, toys and more!  Don't you love her crown?  Silly girl.  Her favorite gift - Doc!  All things DOC!!!

What a fun day!!  I hope that you all had a great Christmas and wish you the best New Year!!

What was your child's favorite Christmas gift this year?

  12. They are too cute. I love your son in his snoopy pjs. My youngest got an innotab max (mommy won it) and he is loving it. This year I was so depressed leading up to Christmas because I knew I couldn't get my kids very much. Their faces lite up when they opened their stocking from Santa and found a few things they wanted along with some fun trinkets. My heart grew because my youngest said he loved it all and my older two kids were surprised too.

  20. My kids' favorite gift changes depending on their mood – I think they just liked everything! Love the tree photos. This is the first year we didn't take our traditional photo in front of my mom's tree, and I'm kind of regretting it!
