Totally Nutty with Emerald Breakfast on the Go Nutty Bites

Emerald® knows that we are busy. Seriously, who isn't. My breakfast is not the first thing on my mind on work mornings so I have to find ways to get my energy as I head into work in the mornings after getting the whole family ready for the day and off to school and day care. Every morning seems rushed, no matter what we do. As I pack my purse for work I also pack for breakfast. I have a new love for Emerald® Breakfast On the Go!™ Nutty Bites.  Nutty - that fits my morning situation perfectly!

Breakfast On the Go! Nutty Bites is available in three flavors packaged in boxes of four convenient pouches. These bite-sized clusters are packed full of nourishing Emerald Nuts®, ancient grains, and flavor for a convenient and tasty breakfast alternative– giving you the energy you need to start your day right, even on the go.

  • Emerald Breakfast on the Go! Chai Nutty Bites. (100 calories/serving) Bite-sized clusters of cashews, pumpkin seed kernels, almonds and puffed ancient grains.
  • Emerald Breakfast on the Go! Lemon Poppy Seed Nutty Bites. (110 calories/serving) Bite-sized clusters of cashews, almonds, puffed ancient grains, poppy seeds and lemon peel.
  • Emerald Breakfast on the Go! Cinnamon Pecan Nutty Bites. (110 calories/serving) Bite-sized clusters of pecans, cashews, puffed ancient grains and cinnamon.

These are all delicious flavors and a great way to start my day.  The clusters are so flavorful and I look forward to my breakfast every morning, even if it is on the go!

I will say, you really should pick up a few boxes a week because you are going to want to eat these for every meal and snack, not just breakfast!  Nom!!  After eating them for breakfast my next favorite time to enjoy the Go Nutty Bites is when I am hitting that afternoon slump at work.  Perfect way to get some energy to get through the work day!

  1. I have not tried these yet. I think they would be great to take with us on hikes or to the playground. Each flavor looks good. I think I'd try the cinnamon pecan first.

  7. I haven't tried them yet, but I'll look for them the next time I'm at the store now. Looks like a much better way to get going in the morning or keep on hand for those 3pm crashes.
