Our number 1 recipe of 2015 was our Green Bean Casserole Stuffed Onion Rings! These were so fun to make and even more fun to serve. This was a great twist on the traditional Green Bean Casserole that we all love. Perfect for parties, game day and even traditional family meals.
Number 2 is a perfect casserole with a Mexican flair! Our Baked Layered Taco Pie is a super easy one dish meal that we love!
S'mores are my favorite so it isn't surprising that our 3rd most viewed recipe is our S'more Poke Cake! A decadent dessert that will please everyone! So good!
Number 5 is a dessert that is way to easy and way too yummy. I never thought I would be able to make a cake in a crock pot but sure enough - it can be done! Our Chocolate Cherry Crock Pot Cake was a success and I have made it a couple times since this just for ice cream toppings! NOM!! A must try!
Number 6 is a snack. Parenthood usually means you are on some sort of snack list. For my son's soccer snack day I decided to add some fresh fruit to a sugar ice cream cone for a fun treat that was sweet but full of healthy fresh fruit too! The kids loved the Fresh Fruit Cones and so did the parents!
Number 7 shows you that you can create amazing meals in the crock pot. My husband wanted Carne Asada - I decided to find the easy recipe and it worked and he was happy! WIN!! Crock Pot Carne Asada recipe should be added to your meal plan today!
If you are seeing any trend here it is that I love cooking but the recipes have to be easy!! This 2 ingredient pineapple angel food cake recipe fits right into that category! Number 8 on our list is this summer perfect dessert! So good and relatively healthy too!
Number 10 is a recipe that shares our family love of muffins. Greek Yogurt Blueberry Muffins are the perfect thing to have on hand for easy breakfast or snacks.
All I can say is YUM!! It was a very good year in our kitchen and I cannot wait to share 2016 with you. I have a lot of goodies planned!
