These are some tricky desserts - my kids feel like they are having a frozen dessert when in actuality they are enjoying some fresh blueberries and protein packed yogurt.  Yum!!

  2. I have made something similar in the past. I used yogurt and made little "disc" shapes, then inserted a blueberry in the center. They froze quickly and made a delicious afternoon snack. I like that I can use any variety of yogurt.
